Okay, this pizza is to die for. Not only is it like the easiest food on the planet to make, but it is soo soo soo tasty.
And did I mention, it’s also quick? And easy?
I can not rave about this pizza enough. I would have it for any meal of the day, anytime. I’ve already had it three times this week.
Not a fan of Daiya cheese? I see you, I hear you (Parenthood reference, anyone?). But let me also tell you this… I guarantee if you make this pizza and try it, you will come to the Daiya cheese dark side. It’s that good. It really, really is.
You want my secret? Okay sure, I’ll give it to you. Listen carefully… Got a pen or pencil? You better right this down because I’m only saying it once.
Cheese as the base. Sauce on top.
That’s it. Am I tuning into those chicago-style pizza lovers out there? Absolutely. Go for it. Cheese it up, and then sauce it. I’m telling you, it makes that Daiya so creamy you will be like, “is this even for real? Like for real for real?”
Trust me on this one.
And then you add some toppings. I chose spinach, mushrooms, and onions.
Finally add a few little more pieces of mozzarella shreds on top and BAM, you got yourself one amazing, hunky, eat on a Saturday night while watching your favorite movie and still have room for some popcorn kinda meal.
Did I mention it’s personal sized? Ah, I know, too much goodness wrapped up in one small pizza!
This is the best dairy-free pizza I’ve ever had. No joke. So get up off that couch and head on over to the grocery store. It’ll only take you like ten minutes to buy the ingredients, ten minutes to warm the oven and prepare your personal pizza, and ten minutes to cook it. Whaaaa? A whole pizza ready to eat in thirty minutes? I know, I know.
Okay, enough of my raving, go try it for yourself!
Comment and let me know what you think, and how much you love Daiya cheese now… Come on, do it! Don’t be shy.

•I used Mario Batali's Marina sauce. It's so yummy, only a few ingredients so really fresh. I personally don't like chunky tomato sauce, and Mario understands me because his sauce is velvety smooth.
•The toppings I used are chopped mushrooms, chopped onions, and chopped spinach.
