This fruit dip blows my mind.
You know when a super simple dish can be made to be the most delicious thing you’ve ever tasted? That’s how I feel about this dip.
Vivian’s mom, Mrs. Mara, made it for a get-together we had the other day and literally every.single.person raved about it. I had just enough time to take pictures and then poof; it was gone.
This is an absolutely no fail kind of dish to bring to a party to be guaranteed happy phrases like “this is amazing” and “you have to share the recipe with me” and “we are inviting you to every event now” from the party-goers. That’s how good it is.
At our little party, we all sat out by the pool (we live in Florida so it’s already shorts season for us) and as the warm summer sun began to set, we enjoyed this dip and ate burgers. The quintessential bring on summer meal. And it was perfect.
Speaking of this summer, my best friend McKenzie (also known as Draven to you college kids) and I are spending the month of June exploring the world on our own, as two grown women (what?). We are traveling through the southeast by car (also known as a road trip) for the first half of June, then heading to Europe for the second half. Don’t worry, I will totally keep you all in the loop whilst continuing to post amazing meals like this beaute (I’m learning to be a planner, people).
So please, please, please comment below if you have any cool ideas of what my biffle and I might should do on our expedition. It will definitely be interesting. There will definitely be pictures and video. It’s going to be an adventure for sure.

- 3 peaches
- 2 kiwis
- 4 large strawberries
- 5 mint leaves
- cinnamon pita chips
- 1 tablespoon lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons Vita Coco Peach & Mango
- Finely chop the peaches, kiwis, strawberries and mint leaves.
- Stir them together in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lime, honey, and Vita Coco to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing into the fruit and mint leaves and mix together.
- Serve with cinnamon pita chips.
