The Festive BLT Box
  • 2 slices of bread
  • earth balance butter
  • mayonnaise
  • 2 slices fresh tomatoes
  • handful of arugula
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • pomegranate fruit salad
  • chips of your choice
  1. Spread earth balance on the slices of bread and place them on a skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from heat.
  2. Spread mayo across one slice of bread and then layer with the tomatoes, arugula, and bacon. Cut the sandwich in half and place in the lunchbox.
  3. Add the fruit salad and chips and enjoy!
