Holiday Nog French Toast
Serves: 8-10
  • 1½ cups Silk Holiday Nog
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Canola cooking spray
  • 1 loaf day-old Challah bread, cut into slices
  1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the nog, eggs, spices, and vanilla extract.
  3. Dip the bread slices into the nog mixture one-by-one until evenly coated. Place 2 slices at a time on the skillet and cook until lightly browned, flipping once. Continue until all french toast is cooked.
  4. Top with powdered sugar, syrup, and marshmallows.
