Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 2 apples
  • 2 cups Irish steel cut oats
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
for toppings:
  • almond milk
  • brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • nuts (pecans, pistachios, walnuts, etc.)
  • dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, blueberries, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Chop into cubes.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and put on low for 8 hours.
  3. Top with your favorite toppings and serve warm.
Notes
I used gala apples, but feel free to use whatever you want or is local to you.
